Waiver

By completing this form, you are consenting to the ROMSA fair play policy which is very simple:  You agree to be a good role model for your player(s). This means that you understand that every player, coach, and official is deserving of your respect and that you consent and agree to the Association’s motto which is “Encouraging fair play and sportsmanship in the sport of softball”. This is a non-competitive and friendly youth softball association. Any poor behaviour as judged by the on-field officials will be dealt with swiftly by the Executive and may result in your player(s) expulsion from a game or possibly the season. You agree to abide by the decisions of the on-field officials and the Executive.

Furthermore, you agree that ROMSA (executive and on-field officials) is not responsible for injuries to players and spectators or the behaviour of any and all participants in the games.
