These policies are required to be read and acknowledged when registering for the 2026 Season

Waiver

I, the parent or guardian of the above-mentioned dependent, give my permission to his/her participation in any and all activities of the Rideau Osgoode Minor Softball Association (ROMSA) during the 2026 season. In case of injury to my dependent or myself, I hereby waive all claims against ROMSA, its executive, officers, coaches, volunteers and sponsors. I agree to respect ROMSA’s policy of “fair play” and cheer on all participants and will not verbally or physically abuse players, spectators, coaches or officials. I acknowledge I have read this form and agree to all conditions. I acknowlege being advised that the child should be covered by government or private hospital, dental, medical plans and life and disability plans.

Privacy Policy

All information collected on these online forms is solely for the purpose of determining placement of the players in the correct age groups, collecting fees, and to keep information for emergency contact purposes.  ROMSA will keep this information in safekeeping and will not divulge this information to any third-party.

Refund Policy

If a player registers and quits before April 11th, a $20 fee will be kept and remaining fees already collected will be refunded. If a player quits on or after April 11, NO refund will be issued.
